A Knapsack user account is tied to a single email address and can be used across multiple workspaces. Interacting (making changes, using integrations, commenting, etc.) with a Knapsack workspace requires a seat for anyone maintaining the design system (important) or consuming it (equally important).

Knapsack's Early Access Program provides a pathway to getting hands-on with Knapsack prior to purchasing a Team or Enterprise plan.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. The Enterprise plan also supports wire and ACH transfers.

Team plan billing is set up via Credit Card. Each month, the card on file is charged for the upcoming month based on the number of users added to the workspace at a flat rate of $25/user/month. Workspace Admins can manage billing settings and access receipts via the Billing Portal, linked from within the workspace.

Enterprise plans are billed annually and support a variety of payment methods. Quarterly true-ups are performed based on actual usage following review with your dedicated account team.
